We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Getty Images (US), Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The name "Getty Trends" is used solely as a brand identifier for our viral trend database. All other product and company names mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Description of Service

Getty Trends is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that functions as a viral video database. We provide data tables and analytics helping content creators and marketers identify trending content. The Service includes links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok for informational purposes.

3.1 "As-Is" Nature of Data

You acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Skyy Media LLC does not warrant that the trends, view counts, or data metrics provided are 100% accurate, real-time, or error-free. We are not responsible for marketing decisions, ad spend, or content strategies you implement based on our data.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Maintain the security of your password and identification.

3. Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Actions: You may not share your login credentials with others. The account is for a single user unless an enterprise plan has been explicitly purchased.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

The source code, database design, website functionality, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (excluding third-party links) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Skyy Media LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our database.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, specifically if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing accounts, payment disputes, or scraping data).
